Before founding Metric Holdings, Rick was co-founder of Irongate Capital developing Condo Hotel Resorts and entitlements for mixed-rise developments in Waikiki HI, Waikoloa Village HI and Mammoth Mountain CA. Rick was Senior Director of Realtor.com (MOVE.com), the leading online real estate portal and developed it's international real estate expansion, where he was responsible for outside U.S. operations, strategic planning, partnerships and business development.
Rick served as Vice President, Business Development for Imperial Capital Commercial Mortgage Investment Corp. (Imperial Capital), a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), where he was responsible for the origination and structuring of debt and equity investments.
In addition, he was Director and Senior VP of US Real Estate for The Octagon Group, a subsidiary of Singapore based Sinar Mas Group where he was responsible for U.S. Portfolio and Asset Management which included a large portfolio of apartments, hotels, office and industrial property.
